Customers never see these numbers. The "your cost" fields (machine cost, material cost per thickness, deburr cost) are what things cost you; they're used only to show profit on requests. Material is billed on the part's bounding box plus kerf margin, cutting on cut length and pierces at your machine rate, etching on etched length ÷ etch speed at your machine rate, then the quantity discount applies to the whole part price.
General
Deburring
Price per side = base + (part width × height × $/sq in). Both sides = one side × the multiplier. Turn deburring on or off for each material below.
Press brake
Customers upload a sheet metal STEP file. It's unfolded with your K-factor (bend allowance = angle × (inside radius + K × thickness)), the flat pattern is priced like a laser part, then each bend is added: price per bend on every part, plus the setup fee spread over the line's quantity. Quantity discounts don't apply to bending.
What you can bend
Tick each material and thickness your brake and tooling can bend, and the inside radius it comes out at. Anything not ticked is refused with a reason.
Powder coating
Price per part = coated area (both faces plus cut edges) × $/sq in, at least the minimum, plus the setup fee spread over the line's quantity. Quantity discounts don't apply to powder.
Quantity breaks
Multiplier applied to the part price at or above each quantity. 0.85 = 15% off.

Theme
Light or dark for everyone, or Auto to follow each visitor's phone or computer setting. Visitors can still switch with the ☾/☀ button; their choice is remembered in their browser.
Typeface
Choose the typeface style used throughout the quote page.
Accent color
The highlight color used for buttons, links, and key numbers.
Logo
PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP under 3 MB. A plain background is removed, and a one-color logo takes the accent color.
Request emails
Email isn't set up on this server yet, so nothing will be sent. The server owner adds it (see README: Email).
